Senior Manager

Don is an expert at planning and monitoring large-scale government and Defence projects and programs. He brings over 20 years’ experience in APS project teams and program offices, and over 10 years working in Defence acquisition projects across different stages of the Capability Life Cycle.

Don has held a diverse range of roles including Risk Manager, Deputy Project Manager and Program Management Office Lead. He’s now an acknowledged leader in Project Scheduling and Controls.

Don delivers value throughout a program or project, starting with a focus on scope definition during the establishment phase, then continuing through delivery via integration planning and purposeful allocation of responsibilities and resources. Don understands the importance of good stakeholder engagement and the role of team subject matter experts and he coordinates their input throughout a project to ensure success.

With an active approach to risk management and high-level skills in data analysis and reporting, Don delivers valuable insights through all stages of a program or project.
