Margaret leads Parbery’s communication, engagement and change service lines – delivering strategic outcomes that equip people and organisations for the future.

Margaret started her career as a serving member of the Australian Defence Force, transitioning to the civilian world after a decade to pursue strategic communication and change management. Throughout her career, Margaret has advised a myriad of clients on wide-ranging communication, change and business management matters, both as an independent consultant and director of a full-service communication agency. She has also lectured in communication and media at the University of Canberra and has designed and delivered customised training solutions both domestically and internationally.

Margaret is passionate about the power of positive communication, building healthy workplace cultures and fostering behaviours that empower individuals, while supporting enterprise growth and transformation. She has over 25 years’ experience providing high-level counsel and support across a diverse range of client portfolios. Her understanding of the machinery of government as well as her strong business acumen is deeply valued by our clients and her clear, collaborative style brings strategic focus to all projects and teams she steers.
