Andrew is a procurement and contract management professional, with significant experience working for, and consulting to, the federal government and non-government organisations.

Andrew began his public-service career as a policy officer for the Office of Indigenous Policy Coordination in the Department of Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs. He subsequently amassed over five years’ experience leading programs as the acting director and assistant director responsible for procurement, contract and grant management, and international policy functions of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection and Australian Border Force.

Andrew now specialises in end-to-end procurement activities, in accordance with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act (2013) and the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (2018). His responsibilities include acquisition and procurement strategy, documentation development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, contract management and amendments, variations and change proposals, and grant management. His procurement expertise enables his delivery of durable and obtainable outcomes, while maintaining value for money throughout contract lifecycles.
