Claire is an experienced management consultant with over 12 years’ experience leading teams to improve and deliver outcomes for the Australian Government.
Claire draws on strong leadership and process abilities, and policy and governance expertise, to deliver quality results. She has worked for, and consulted to, a wide range of Australian Government agencies, including the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, Department of Defence, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Human Services, the Australian Federal Police and the Australian Communications and Media Authority. Her core skills include policy development, analysis and review (including Cabinet submission and new policy proposal development), best-practice governance and process review and implementation, as well as project and program management.
Claire is a Jawun Secondment Program alumni. She is also a qualified surf lifesaver, a world champion surf boat competitor and serving committee member at Broulee Surfers Surf Life Saving Club.
