Sam is a manager with experience in accounting, finance, and professional services in Australia and the United States.

An analytical, initiative-taking, enthusiastic, and team-focused individual who strives to help organisations achieve their goals.

Sam initially began his career working at a CPA firm in the US before joining EY in their Forensic and Integrity Services division practice where he assisted and led investigations, forensic audits, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism investigations, and assisted the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet on two 6-month secondments.

After leaving EY, Sam worked at the Department of Defence in CASG’s Financial Investigation Services as a Senior Price and Cost Analyst. While Sam was at Defence, he specialised in the JOINT domain and led multiple tender evaluations, contract change proposals, and cost investigations. In addition, Sam was the lead excel developer in the creation of the ASDEFCON Acquisition and Support Pricing Workbooks that incorporated AIC measurements and is well versed in tailoring and creating unique excel workbooks and spreadsheets to fit client needs.

Sam has a deep knowledge of developing and creating dashboards and excel based workbooks to fit company and client needs. His core skills compromise financial tender evaluations, financial accounting, audit, cost accounting, managerial accounting, financial investigations, and excel development.
