Helen Jeffs

Principal

Helen is an executive leader with experience across public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She brings expertise in operating models, project, change and risk management and business development.

Helen is self-aware, transparent, sees opportunity where others do not and is tenacious in getting things done. She’s quick to dust herself off and have another go.

Helen’s experience is broad: she has provided IT support on trading floors; designed programs for some of Australia’s most vulnerable people; taught people who are blind and vision impaired to use technology; run her own IT training company; and managed change and training on countless government projects. Her proudest professional moment was securing funding to stand up an Aboriginal community-designed holistic wellbeing program that continues to deliver intended outcomes in regional NSW today.

Helen embraces adventure. She is a long-distance cyclist, has climbed mountains in three continents and overlanded to Europe with her husband, mother-in-law and two young children. She’s not afraid to give things a go.
