Michele is a strategic leader with extensive experience in leadership and organisational development, culture transformation, and driving strategic growth across public, private/ASX, and not-for-profit sectors.
In her role at A2B (recently ASX delisted and acquired by CDC Australia), she designed and implemented global initiatives that enhanced leadership and employee capabilities. She launched tailored learning pathways in compliance, leadership development, and capability building, creating a culture of curiosity and continuous learning. Her focus was on addressing skills gaps, developing targeted solutions, and evaluating outcomes to drive sustainable performance improvement.
At the NSW Ombudsman and Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, she tackled complex organisational challenges, delivering innovative, technology driven learning programs that empowered people and supported business growth. She is inspired by Simon Sinek’s belief that “The responsibility of leadership is not to come up with all the ideas, but to create an environment in which great ideas can thrive.” This philosophy fuels her passion for cultivating environments where people and teams excel.
As a leader, she is committed to empowering teams, driving change, and transforming organisations. Her work is focused on developing inclusive, high performance cultures that enable people to realise their full potential.
Outside of her professional roles, she volunteers as a Patrol Captain with Surf Life Saving Australia and as a Local Ambassador for Northern Beaches Council at the Manly Wharf Tourist Information Centre. These roles reflect her dedication to community service, leadership, and creating inclusive spaces where individuals can thrive during transformative periods.
