I am a proud Goan woman and strategic leader with over a decade of experience delivering complex, multi-sector program and system reform initiatives across government, civil society, and international intergovernmental organisations. My career is defined by an enduring commitment to social impact, human rights, and equity, underpinned by a demonstrated ability to lead transformational programs that create meaningful, measurable change.

With a proven track record in the design, delivery, and governance of high-value policy transition programs, cross-jurisdictional partnerships, and national stakeholder engagement strategies, I bring specialist expertise in collaborating with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, Pacifika and diverse, priority populations. I have worked with organisations such as the United Nations, Australian Red Cross, World Vision, the Commonwealth Secretariat, Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, Education, Health, Foreign Affairs, Defence and Home Affairs. I am recognised for my capacity to navigate complex policy and operational environments, foster trusted relationships, and deliver outcomes in high-stakes, politically sensitive contexts. I am an Emerging Associate with the National Security College at the Australian National University and advisor to the Harvard Business Review.

Throughout my career, my professional impact has been acknowledged through national and international honours, including Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree, the Queen’s Young Leader Award by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Australian 100 Women of Influence young leader category winner,  the Obama White House Global Changemaker for Gender Equality, MoAD ’50 most important changemakers to change the face of Australia’, and the 2024 ACT Young Australian of the Year.
