He has a comprehensive understanding of the workforce challenges facing large organisations and enjoys navigating these to devise efficient, practical solutions.
Throughout his Career, Cameron has led multiple projects across the Federal Public Service, Defence and Intelligence sectors, including the establishment of HR functions, management of complex change processes and development of ‘criticality-based’ retention models.
Cameron brings a desire to implement positive change and forge lasting relationships with his clients. He has deep experience in workforce transformation and analysis, change management, business partnering, organisational re-design, workforce planning and EVP development.
Cameron is a qualified SFIA and Prosci Change Management Practitioner.
Prior to his current role, Cameron held positions at Defence Force Recruiting, Deloitte, EY and Services Australia.
