Grant holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering which he has extended upon with a Masters of Philosophy which focused on composite materials processing in Additive Manufacturing.
His professional career started with developing prototypes for establishing proof of concepts for scientists and has progressed to being a production engineer helping to improve the quality of products being sold to the defence industry. He has experience spanning the various manufacturing styles and techniques from traditional CNC machines through to various Additive Manufacturing technologies.
Grant is passionate about engaging with customers to establish their requirements and working with them to deliver solutions that best meets their requirements. He has experience with liaising with a diverse range of teams and backgrounds and understands the importance of cultivating these relationships to best deliver the desired outcomes.
