Jess is an experienced change, engagement and communication professional with almost 20 years’ experience in the public sector and as a consultant to the public sector. She has a particular passion for work and projects with a human element, from staff engagement to communication strategy development, to organisational change
management.
Jess had led large-scale organisational change pieces, community and stakeholder engagement projects and major government communication campaigns. She has also worked extensively in corporate and internal communication, with a particular focus on staff engagement and executive communication.
Her strong client relationship skills come from a genuine desire to connect with others to understand their needs and how she can best deliver on them. Jess is a qualified Prosci change management practitioner and certified organisational coach.
