Kevin is an experienced management consultant who brings experience of working at senior levels in government and the private sector in Australia and internationally.
Kevin’s experience includes substantial periods working in the national security sector, in law enforcement, and in election services. He has developed a strong interest in understanding the intersections between policy intent and operational delivery, seeking solutions to the challenges of equipping an operational workforce with the knowledge, skills, and resources required to deliver organisational outcomes. Kevin’s work as a management consultant has had a strong focus on workforce planning, workforce alignment, and performance optimisation as well as business performance and procedural guidance improvement. Kevin has worked with clients in the Agriculture, Environment, Home Affairs, Industry, Attorney General’s, Sports Integrity Australia and with a range of state-based regulatory agencies.
Kevin also has deep experience in working in partnership with Australia’s regional neighbours having worked closely with counterparts in south-east Asia and the Pacific, notably in relation to election management, electoral security, and leadership mentoring. Kevin thrives in a workshop environment, drawing on his skills and qualifications as an adult educator to establish inclusive environments that promote open dialogues and focused outcomes. He has delivered workplace training in a range of subjects including government core skills, investigations, and performance management for clients such as Education, Defence, APVMA, Industry, Home Affairs, and TGA.
