Kim has over 25 years as a business leader, working primarily for the Commonwealth.
Kim has broad management consulting experience with specialisation in enterprise transformations, program office level change management, organisation design, business performance improvement and business case development. He has been fully involved in the ICT investment life cycle, both in the preparation of first and second pass business cases and the implementation of enterprise capabilities and business transformations associated with these. Kim also has a strong Business Program governance experience.
Kim has been a practice principle in several consulting firms, including Synergy, KPMG and Oakton, working primarily as a Defence domain specialist. Kim has worked across CIOG, CASG, DPG, DSTG on projects that include Infrastructure Transformation Program, Next Generation Desktop (NGD), HR Shared Services Reform, CASGs Business Management System and DSTOs ICT Organisational Design.
Kim prides himself as being a highly skilled communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into business and outcomes-based language to enable buy-in and adoption.
