Nick is a management consultant who has worked for, and consulted to, federal and state governments for almost 20 years
Nick’s career began at the Office of National Assessments as a researcher and foreign liaison officer. For more than ten years, he was a consultant to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection, Department of Finance, Department of Defence, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the Australian Taxation Office. He has also worked with a host of smaller agencies, including the Bureau of Meteorology.
Nick has a deep understanding of the Commonwealth financial management framework. His core skills comprise cost estimation, activity-based costing, government-service costing and pricing, financial modelling, tender evaluation, NPP development, and shared-services policy and implementation. He has also supported large engagements with change and risk management, as well as business-case and policy development.
