Ivan has over 25 years’ experience in complex procurement and client-side project management for the Commonwealth Government.
Skilled in all phases of project management – including business case development, tender assessment, tender document development, contract review and contractor monitoring – Ivan has delivered capability infrastructure projects in the defence environment. He is also experienced in client-side project delivery and management, having gained extensive knowledge of the complex procurement and tendering processes during his time with defence.
Ivan is known for his ability to cultivate and maintain excellent working relationships with people from all levels of government and non-government organisations. His key skills include program, stakeholder and contract management, contract negotiation, project planning, complex procurement, project delivery and management, financial planning and risk management.
