At Parbery, Russell supports clients on complex reform work, drawing on a background that spans Commonwealth consulting, executive leadership in higher education, and legal and compliance management in financial services. He has led enterprise-wide change and readiness work for Defence, supported strategic initiatives linked to the Defence Strategic Review and National Defence Strategy, and delivered major business and systems transformation at the Australian National University and AusIndustry.
