Shaun is an accomplished finance and governance executive with over 20 years of senior leadership and advisory experience spanning the Australian Government, not-for-profit and private sectors. As a Chartered Accountant and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Shaun brings deep expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and organisational stewardship to Parbery.
Shaun has served as Chief Financial Officer in both private and government organisations; he has led significant strategic and operational initiatives. These include developing improved funding models, implementing cost-allocation frameworks, and driving shared service reforms that enhanced efficiency and sustainability.
Shaun’s approach emphasises transparency, accountability and alignment between financial decisions and organisational objectives. As a former Non-Executive Director of a major local not-for-profit disability services provider, Shaun has demonstrated a strong record of providing independent oversight and strategic advice to strengthen organisational resilience.
