Stephen is an accomplished Engineer and regulatory specialist with extensive experience in the assessment and evaluation of complex engineering systems. He has worked for, and consulted to Defence, Government, and private Industry.
Stephen’s career began as a Marine Engineer working onboard both Australian and International flagged merchant vessels. After leaving the merchant navy, Stephen was responsible for sustaining large-scale engineering facilities for the recycling sector, designing and certifying complicated systems for the renewable energy sector. More recently he contributed to high profile government procurements for both Government and Defence.
This diversity of experience mixed with his engineering and legal studies, enables him to understand and evaluate intricate systems against both user needs, and regulatory frameworks. With a unique skillset and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, Stephen has a proven ability to achieve the desired outcome across multiple areas.
