Tim has held leadership roles in complex, high-intensity and international environments with the British and Australian armies for 25 years, including six years of active operational service and in the Joint Environment. He has 13 years’ experience in advisory roles with diverse Australian Federal Government departments. He has worked with the Department of Defence, the Federal Departments of Health and Industry, Services Australia and the AFP. Additionally, he has supported humanitarian operations with diverse NGOs in West Africa. He wrote the Crisis and Security Frameworks for Snowy Hydro Limited which involved security advice and the proposed infrastructure development.
Tim has experience in project and program management, capability and policy development, audit and assurance and risk reduction activities including post-activity analysis and current baseline reviews. He has delivered governance structures and organisational reform to promote efficiencies and enable change.
Tim delivers structure, process and client synchronisation to environments he works within through relationship building, collaboration, communication and stakeholder engagement. He is deeply committed to delivering organisational needs in harmony with client teams.
