Trevor has over 35 years’ experience working across several domains including Defence, electronics manufacturing and utilities.
Trevor has significant program management, strategy development and broad commercial expertise. He has been involved in a range of complex Defence capital acquisition projects and programs, primarily for aerospace systems. In his previous roles he has been involved in strategy development, improving program delivery performance, establishing Program Management Office structures, business transformation activities, change management, business case development, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), establishment of support frameworks and arrangements for Defence materiel, and providing high-level leadership of organisational Departments.
Trevor has worked within Defence for over 25 years; in uniform, with above the line consulting firms, and below the line Defence Primes. Trevor has been a senior consultant specialising in sustainment strategy development, program delivery and systems engineering activities with organisations such as QinetiQ, BAE Systems, Tenix Defence and Ball Aerospace.
Trevor brings order, process, and aligned understanding to environments he works within through strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, communication and stakeholder engagement.
